Croatia

Hitchhiking from Tržič (Slovenia) to Zagreb! 190km, 4 cars and 4h. We got stuck in one gas station for two hours after the 2nd car (not the best place to hitchhike) and we got the first fight... =( to much stress and probably too tired to be patient. One amazing old man said that he could not take us because he was not going the same direction but he bought us a chocolate to give us some energy to carry on ='D We'll never forget that angel that passed trough us.

After we got again stuck somewhere close to Zagreb and this amazing nuns saved us. We charged our energies with their amazing company and they left us in the city centre - tks a lot Katarina & Antonia.

Walking around the city we already expected that it would be just "another capital". But we saw many beautiful things that surprised us. Like an ancient fair in the middle of the city and a free gorgeous botanic garden also really close to the centre.

It was a nice walk but the city doesn't have much special things to offer to us after the amazing places that we already visited. Sorry citizens of this city for our honesty =p

Now we'll spend the night with our host Plavavesna. As always the team work is that Hugo is cooking and Liis is washing the dishes - perfect team that always turns up with good food and good moments of sharing with our hosts =)
Tomorrow in the morning we leave to the beautiful coast of Croatia (it seams that all the population of the nearby countries goes there...so it must be worth it) - we hope that we'll have a place to sleep there...still uncertain xD.
