We were planning to have an easy day, but as always it ended up with walking and discovering the surroundings. I guess it is becoming an addiction now. Morning was slow and we went swimming after waking up, but then decided to visit the nearest island Krk and the cities Malinska and Nijvice. Of course we hitchhiked there =p (about 25 km) and our host Peter joined to show us around.
The island is really beautiful and did not have so many tourists - so better for us.
On the island we manage to do one more awesome thing! We were snorkelling in the crystal clear water and admiring the underwater world. Oh, and Liis managed to find the tiniest sea hedgehog and step on it (Hugo manage to hit two of them but at least no needles stuck inside him). We had a cool thing that our host gave us to take pictures underwater...and of course we needed to take some crazy photos with it.
We were walking in the seaside and in the end felt really tired. So much about resting...
Almost at midnight (after hitchhiking back home) Hugo still managed to cook some Portuguese food for all of us to end the day in big way!
