Split
Extended vacation in gorgeous Croatian city Split. Passed in a fish market where Hugo finally felt like home (they have fiiiiiiiish here xD)...we wanted to buy it all but with a budget of 10€ per day it is impossible.
We went for a simple walk in the city and soon found a free walking tour what was supposed to start in 1 minute - perfect! Walking around the old city (From the Roman Empire) with awesome guide turned out really good, even with such a hot weather - Hugo even had to walk around looking like Tarzan because we only had one hat =p Also...we tried to stop a bit in the fountains along the city (the water in Croatia is more healthy from the tap then from bottles bought in supermarkets). We did not expect so much great things in Croatia and we feel
ashamed of our lack of knowledge - now we love this county and recommend
it to everybody.
Later we did some hiking up the hill (we really start liking torturing our bodies) and had some nice time in beach (only time when sun went away). Perfect time for the stupid/sexy photos of the day:
NB! Liis finally got rid of the needle (free souvenir from sea hedgehogs) in her feet, of course thanks to amazingly skilled doctor Hugo! =D
NB2! DALMATIANS are from Croatia =O we did not know this...and the TIE was invented by Croatians also! The things we learn in here!
